Aged in older French, American, and Hungarian oak for 20 months. 92% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon.

2009 Boisseau

The wine was aged in new (30%) and slightly used French oak barrels for 21 months. Bottled July of 2011. 43% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc, 26% Petit Verdot.

2009 Avenius

62% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon & 13% Merlot.

2009 Hardscrabble

The wine was aged in new (50%) and slightly used French oak barrels for 21 months.64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot and 7% Cabernet Franc.

2009 Rosé

The blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.

2009 Claret

38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 22% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc & 5% Carmenère.

WHITE WINES

2009 Seyval

Seyval is bottled in the winter and is ready to drink by summer.

2009 Chardonnay

This 2009 Linden Chardonnay is comprised of declassified Hardscrabble Chardonnay barrels, Avenius “egg aged”, along with press wine.

2009 Boisseau Chardonnay

Chilled grapes were sorted, pressed, juice settled and then barrel fermented in older French oak.

2009 Avenius Chardonnay

The chilled grapes were sorted, pressed, juice settled and then barrel fermented in older French oak barrels and 500 liter puncheons.
