2011 Claret

Aged in older French oak barrels for 20 months. 44% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc.

2011 Red

44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Merlot, 20% Petit Verdot 12% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Carmenere.

2011 Rosé

The blend is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc.


2011 Chardonnay

This 2011 Linden Chardonnay is comprised of declassified Hardscrabble Chardonnay barrels along with press wine or Boisseau and Avenius.

2011 Seyval

Cold fermentation preserves the freshness of the grape. No oak is used.

2011 Avenius Sauvignon Blanc

The wine ferments for about 30 days at 60F in a stainless steel tank. The wine is aged on its lees with occasional stirring.
